2. Definitions
Vendor: The main account owner who creates, manages, and publishes services.
Agent: An individual added under a Vendor’s account to provide specific services or manage appointments.
Customer: The user who books a service using the vendor’s shared booking link.
Platform: Refers to the Awqaty website and related applications.
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of information related to their services and schedules.
Agents operate under a Vendor’s account and may have limited permissions defined by the Vendor.
Users must not share login credentials with others or attempt to access accounts without authorization.
4. Booking and Appointments
Vendors can share unique booking links with customers to allow direct appointment reservations.
Each appointment is linked to a Vendor or an assigned Agent.
Vendors and Agents are responsible for updating their available time slots and ensuring schedule accuracy.
5. Payments
All payments on Awqaty are processed securely via U Payment, supporting KNET, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Awqaty does not store or process payment card details directly; all transactions are handled by U Payment’s secure gateway.
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to each Vendor’s refund policy and the terms of U Payment.
Awqaty is not liable for delays, failed transactions, or disputes between Vendors and Customers.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Vendors may define their own cancellation and refund policies.
Customers must check the vendor’s terms before confirming a booking.
Awqaty acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for any refund-related disputes.
7. Integration with Google and Zoom
Awqaty offers optional integrations with Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom to help Vendors and Agents manage their appointments and meetings efficiently.
When connecting these services:
Awqaty requests limited access through their official APIs to create and manage calendar events or meeting links.
Awqaty does not store or share any personal or sensitive user data obtained from Google or Zoom.
Users can disconnect these integrations anytime from their Google or Zoom account settings.
Awqaty complies fully with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using these integrations, you also agree to the respective privacy policies of Google and Zoom.
8. Data Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account or booking services.
Awqaty reserves the right to suspend or remove any account found to contain false or misleading information.
9. Platform Usage
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to hack, or exploit vulnerabilities.
Awqaty reserves the right to terminate access to any user violating the Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Awqaty provides the platform “as is” without any warranty.
We are not responsible for losses arising from booking errors, downtime, third-party system failures, or data loss.
